You don't know if that is true at all. You don't have any knowledge of his grades, the courses he took, what class is being questioned by the NCAA or why. For all you know he could be a 3.5 GPA student that took a course pass/fail for some reason and they are looking at that one course. One course wouldn't change the fact that he's a 3.5 student, would it?

Femi played about 20 minutes in the Harris Stowe exhibition last year. Other than that I don't believe he played.

I also wouldn't be shocked to see Cassity in the mix with Chris and Femi.

They dug themselves a big hole in the first half, but I've got to say that I was impressed with their 2nd half, particularly the last 25 minutes. I've never seen them playing that aggressively on offense, granted I only see about 3-4 games a year. It was like they wanted to score.

Every athlete, domestic or international, has to go through the same NCAA Clearinghouse process before becoming a student-athlete. Basically, they want to see your ACT and/or SAT scores, they want a statement from you verifying your amateur status, and they want to look at your complete transcript after you have graduated. Pass/Fail classes weren't offered at my high school, so I don't know if that is something common to other American high schools, but I would imagine if someone from Vashon or Chaminade or the high school of your choice had a similar transcript issue the NCAA would also be looking into it.

Yeah, I don't think any of this has to do with the AIS. It's gotta be from wherever he went to school before attending the academy. The AIS is like a training academy for athletes, not a high school.

This isn't just a case of looking at the kids report card and making a decision, either. As we are residents in the land of the lawyers, shouldn't it be understood that there are going to be hundreds of documents, lots of people to talk to, and most importantly lots of billable hours to take care of before this is settled.
