We need to beat the next 3 starting with S. Miss at home. I didn't see the game but wondered if Louisville actually played S. Florida's mens team...where is Seth Greeeberg when they really need him. Cincy will get Marquette and I think that they look like the cream of CUSA and are still undefeated. MU will have their hands full in that contest. Wow...Stanford also stays unbeaten and gets by Zona with relative ease at least that's what the score seems to indicate. Our two A10 partners Dayton won a squeaker at home and almost blew a 14 point lead. St. Joes I believe remain as one of the few unbeatens and Jameer Nelson is a player. Down here in Florida, the Gators trounced my wife's Vols and so she is in triple mourning what with our Rams and Bills results.

I listened to the MU feed and the MU announcers thought it was a joke, and they even mentioned it after the game as a bad call. A fine effort is sort of wasted because the zebras invent a call????

They brought up the 5 second call and I would like to hear what the folks that saw it thought of the call. No points from our bench. IO had 14 and TF had 12. Crean said got to be mentally tough to beat the Bills. He thought that the Bills had the tempo in the 1st half. Great character win for MU according to Crean and the last play was excuted to perfection. They had over 18K at the game...can we get at least 12K when they play us at home????

With 2.5 Secs left and they just took the ball with 11 secs and pretty much sounded like Diener hit about a 7 footer with Fish guarding him for the winner. The MU announcers were surpised how easy it was to get the good look that Diener got...too bad that our strong suit kind of let us down at the end.

I am darn proud of the fight in our guys and they played a tough foe to a two point loss. Heck, I hate to lose but I really like our team and we had a chance to pull this one out...DARN IT. We were hurt by the 5 second call on Fish which even the homer MU announcers thought was a bad call...tranlate it to be a homer call. Sounds like they broke our D down too easy on the game winning basket by Diener, and he is a money player for MU. Better days are ahead for our team Billiken fans...keep the faith because Coach Soderberg has us playing good ball. Now let's hold serve with 3 winnable games at home...we NEED all 3 of these games before heading out to the road. I'll be interested in what Crean has to say about our team Let's Go Bills...I am pumped for the rest of this season and will not concede any games!!!
