Quality Is Job 1
...and, counting his redshirt season, next year will be JJ's fourth year attending SLU.
Billiken Rich
I've never let tardiness get to the point of my being suspended. I'm guessing JJ running late one or twice a year wasn't the problem. Again we'll have to agree to disagree at least on the definition of a headcase.
Billiken Rich
I disagree.
Billiken Rich
You said it better than I did. How's the pay in nuclear plant demo? Do you get to play with explosives?
cheeseman
Thick - yes but practicing with the team for a year as redshirt is not quite the same as sitting on the bench as far as game experience goes. The purpose of the redshirt year is to allow a kid to build his strenght, focus on his studies, and ease into the system.
cheeseman
Rich - that is the point I was trying to make - nobody knows what the issue was and Brad is not talking about it nor is he letting it interfere with his relationship or playing time that JJ has been getting of late - it is counterproductive to cook up ideas which are actually irrelevent at this time. So to continue to harp on what a bad character JJ is lets just leave it as a family matter that got worked out and hopefully JJ will have a great run his last two playing seasons. Major Majerus
However, he's sticking it out. Is it determination or inertia? I can't wait to see next year.
Billiken Rich
That is the best sign of all. That he's still here.
