Quality Is Job 1
The host of the Maui Invitational, Chaminade, beat Villanova 52-49 this afternoon. Central Michigan knocked off Dayton 82-63 (also in the Maui). Fairfield outscored St. John's 11-6 in the overtime session to win 64-59 AT St. John's. CentFLBilliken
I thought Dayton won that game. Have you gotten a chance to watch Wesley Stokes of SDSU dominate Ohio State? Hard to believe he couldnt make it at Mizzou and they would rather have Pulley.
thetorch
thicks you got the score backwards. That would have massacred our RPI if they would have lost. Other games of note, SMS is trailing South Carolina by 12 late in the game. Blake Ahearn is torching the gamecocks with two points on 1-5 shooting (0-3 3pt fg). Quality Is Job 1
I DID NOT get it backward. I was just relaying what I saw on CBS Sportsline; I checked it more than once. It said: Dayton at 63 Central Michigan 82 I didn't check any other sites, because why should I question what I see on CBS Sportsline? Don't blame me. basketball doc
Dayton did win 82-63 and now we face San Diego St. who wiped the arena with the vaunted "marquee" team The Ohio St buckeyes by twenty. A number of sites have said they saw the Flyers losing tonight but believe me they won going away as I watched the whole game.

billiken_roy
i would never root for san diego and their admitted cheater coach steve fisher. why he is allowed in the game anymore is beyond me.
