someoneelse
I was reading through my church bulletin yesterday and at Our Lady of Lourdes parish in U. City, a mass will be said for Rick Majerus. This coming Sunday at 7:30 am, the beneficiary of the mass intention is Rick Majerus. I'm not on the inside at the parish, so I have no idea how this came about. http://www.ucitylourdes.org/LinkClick.aspx?fileticket=XgDNKSrsXdQ%3d&tabid=69&mid=
DeSmetBilliken
It means that somebody went to the parish office and requested that the mass would be said for him. Pretty simple process.
Adman
I have no answer for this but Bernie Miklasz is a parishioner there and it wouldn't surprise me if he had Mass said.

bonwich
Roch's. (You're forgiven.) BTW, better not let the Archdiocese find out. They'll probably demand proof of a deathbed anointing before they allow a Mass to be said for Coach.
