STLfan
What kind of TV deal do you think this conference could pull off? I bet it would be impressive. Also I bet it would send six teams to the tournament most years. slu72
Hey, who knows, we never in a million years would have ever thought Rick Majerus would be our coach.
xfactor9600
Some of those schools have football... where are they going to play? I just can't envision some of the schools listed leaving their conferences. Georgetown out of the Big East? Does this scenario assume that the Big East has exploded? Four Seventeen
Geetown is in the Patriot League for football. Read a book.
SShoe
Notre Dame is Independent in football and probably always will be.
Four Seventeen
Also, the ACC at Notre Dame cannot hold "Notre Dame – 11,000" people. No way in hell. Well, did some research, and I stand corrected. I've been in the ACC several times and it looks like it's too small to hold that many people!
xfactor9600
I didn't say G-Town played football in the Big East. They were two separate thoughts.

The Joyce Center is a dump...however, it is finally going to see big money and millions of dollars in renovations.
