SLU is a private institution and they don’t owe anyone other than those involved an explanation. Not sticking up for SLU but it is what it is. Some of those involved may not want anything said publicaly. Not sure how Bishop can play when he is not enrolled in school and can’t enroll for some time???

I agree with your assessment, but if he was thinking he was going to be "the guy" and then a "depth guy" if Ramey comes, thought he may reconsider which could potentially put us back in play. I know it is out there...

Absolutely kshoe. The only reason Martin was there is that the SEC Tournament is in Saint Louis this year otherwise he would not have been there. Walker was there because the Big 10 Tournament was moved up a week to get it at MSG. Between HS and AAU there are so many opportunities to see these kids. I'm sure Liddell was insulted by all the coaches who could not come see him during tournament time...

First time I have seen Collins play. Impressive. Court vision is terrific. The other four players on the court had better be ready for a pass at any moment. Says he is a pass first point guard, but really seems to have a nice balance between dishing and shooting. Very good ball-handler. Defense was solid. I really like the kid. Hope the rumor is true that he will verbal to SLU soon. Hopefully on Saturday we are watching two future Billikens.

Agreed. Travis’ dad is so tied in especially in that part of the country. Like having another scout on staff.

My understanding is Ramey does not like playing with Gordon and has no intention of playing with him in college. And that is just one of several factors that keeps him away from SLU. No worries Ford & Co. have demonstrated they are terrific recruiters.

They have only kept minutes in 6 of his games. In those 6 had had averaged 30 minutes per game. Check out the Game Log. The stat keepers are not good with minutes.

Exactly. And I trust that he won't settle. If there is a solid juco, grad transfer or transfer, great! If not then I hope he shifts to really good 2019 / 2020 guys. We'll be just fine if he can't find the appropriate talent who can play right away next year.

I don’t expect we’ll hear from either Graves or Henriquez again. What Pistol said and it is clear Graves cut a deal to be able to leave the school as a student in good standing and not as an expelled sexual predator. To do that I’m sure they agreed to a non-disparage and agreed to be completely done. Henriquez May have done something similar, and it sounds like he is leaving the country to go pro and leaving SLU and this situation in the rear view mirror. While two had to fall this may pave the way for Bishop and Goodwin or Goodwin to be sble to stay. Clearly deals are in the works now.
