  1. Agree to disagree on Gump. Tombstone and Gladiator are both in my top 5 movies of all time and We Were Soliders was great but I wouldn’t call them universally loved. To many people dislike Westerns, violent epics, and war movies to be universally loved movies. I’d rather watch any of your 3 but those movies are more geared toward men. You are dead on about his dislike for the AD.
  2. That’s just how some people are. I bet Billy Ken hates universally loved movies too. Probably though Forest Gump, Shawshank Redemption, and Toy Story were terrible flicks.
  3. Steve Pikiell at Rutgers makes 2.39 million a year so I guess it only makes sense that they are ranked higher than the Bills.
  4. I don’t buy that “not ready to play” garbage. It’s just a sports cliche that every player says after every loss. We have heard it after every loss this year. The Blues say it after every one of their losses. It’s a sound bite with no meaning. What I think happened....they came ready to play but St. Joes came out on fire. The Bills got frustrated, got down a bunch and their spirit got broken. They cameready to play but they had given up 10 minutes in, that’s a big problem.
  5. Welp, sometime you run into a team that gets ridiculously hot and is trying to win win for the Gipper. i knew we were screwed when the head Peanut banked in the 3 at the beginning. it happens. Time to move on.
  6. Couple of thousand dollars for a stupid video? I need to become internet famous. Anybdoy know McBrooms number? He could probably give me some pointers. Maybe a nut shot video would be easier. Those did great on America’s funniest homevideos and they’d be less painful than talking to McBroom too.
  7. Did I miss something? Was there talk of him playing?
  8. Short bench tonight. If you have any college eligibility left wear a jersey and come prepared to help out.
  9. I think 3 things have lead to the losing streak. 1. Tougher competition. Conference games are hard especially on the road. 2. Our guys are tired. We may be down to 6 scholarship players tonight. Our top guys have been playing over 35 minutes a game they just don’t have their legs. 3. Frustration. Losing is is tough and the more they lose the hard it is to climb out of the hole. A big win tonight and I think they can get back on track. The first win during a losing streak is the hardest.
  10. NBA level players? He played France, Turkey, Montenegro, Sweden, Israel, Serbia, and Germany. Not exactly a murderers row of NBA talent.
  11. The last FIFA event he shot 6-38 from 3 for a nice 16%.
  12. Thor is right on his heels in this category. Bishop vs Thor is turning into Jordan vs Bird.
  13. Yep. If the basketball thing doesn’t work out he should become a life coach.
  14. Gordon left, Jacobs got hurt, Hankton was hurt last night, They are playing with a 7 man rotation. Bess plays 40 minutes against Duquesne and can’t score the next game. The lack of depth, which is partly on Ford, is killing this team. They have lost their legs and they can’t recover. The lack of skill 05 keeps referring to is also catching up to them. They were able to cover it up the beginning of the year but now it’s being exposed.
  15. Malik Yarborough? He has a great chance of playing in the California penal league and this is the guy you are worried about? Take a deep breath.
  16. This is asinine. You love what he’s done but want him gone? People need to step back from the ledge.
  17. The coach isn’t why they are 3-12 from the line
  18. At least since we are losing we will have to press.
  19. Is Isabell playing on ice? Every time he get in the lane he is slipping and sliding.
  20. I got nervous when I saw him inbounding the ball to start the half. I though he’d either get a 5 second call on him or just put his head down and charge to the basket. I was relieved he knew he HAD to pass it in.
