He’s target #1 in my book, though he may not leave Mcneese for SLU. for those who say he would jump ship at the first opportunity, I’d say who cares? Didn’t slow VCU’s momentum as a program. I certainly agree with the bolded part. Rick saw the importance/necessity of blooding freshmen early to help them develop. If Ford were coach in 08-09, Mitchell would’ve sat the bench behind Lisch, Eckerle, and Liddell, and then transferred to SEMO. There is ZERO reason Curcic shouldn’t be getting at least 8-10mpg.

Roster needs total overhaul. Would be silly to spend a lot on retaining one player, IMO.

Usually I’d agree family should be off limits, and I’m not defending joe here, but didn’t the coach’s kid, a grown adult, insert himself into the situation by going after notable and respected SLU Twitter accounts? I think Shane got an unfortunate taste of the real world here. I don’t feel sorry for him at all. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

Yeah I’ve always assumed certain accounts on here had to be related to Ford. They’re just too obvious. This just confirms it.

What does Wade’s show cause penalty, and does it include a postseason ban that could be transferred with him to SLU? With the transfer portal making immediate turnarounds possible, and the overall state of the A10, it’s not unreasonable to believe a hire like Wade or Mack could have us dancing their first or second year. Just need some financial backing in NIL.

Said this last night at the game. Love Gibby, but he (seems to) never hit the three that ties it up, or takes the lead, or cuts in to a one possession game. If we need a big shot at any point, I want it in Hargrove’s hands. Only one on the team that has demonstrated any semblance of being “clutch”.

Gonna suck talking about Curcic in this thread the next three years. Guy has looked like a player every time he’s seen the floor, yet inexplicably cannot get any minutes on our apparently stacked roster.

He takes the blame because he’s willing to try anything to save his job at this point. When have we ever seen have any sort of meaningful self reflection before this?

I didn’t listen for a second but I can still summarize: We will be a different team when Sincere comes back. Refs didn’t help us, we can’t play 8 on 5. I can’t make free throws for the guys, they’d shoot it at 80% in practice. Any negative fans are the reason this program sucks.
