Maybe we can get Lance if the Blue Crew actaully did anything of note. Holding the glass bricks and doing no cheering ever during a game won't get recruits. If Lance doesn't want to come here, the Blue Crew won't help make his decision. The fans at all the other schools he is looking at are probably 10 times better. Look at Xavier and Dayton fans. Maybe the sweet Blue Crew can watch some game film on how to effect a game or actually cheer. Holla!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Once again Soderberg is a *****. He has lived off a first 2 years and hasnt done crap since. We haven't had a 4 in 5 years and we still don't have a pg. How's the 5 coming along? Ohh yeah we got Ian forever so that's not a problem....Sodi can't recruit and sucks balls. I wish we would let him go and bring in a coach who really cares about winning instead of finishing 3rd and being so happy.

I'm fing tired of people saying that Dre can come in and by the new grad assistant. Grad assistant you make 8,000 a year, if you are lucky. DBO you make around 50,000. Stop changing which position you use. SLU doesn't have a grad assistant. Dre is not qualified to be the DBO. The kid can't even read and you expect him to help the program?

Soderberg had nothing to do with Lisch and Lidell. Both came to SLU cause they are from the area and SLU is a good enough program. Both this kids are losers at heart and wanted to stay in their comfort zones. That would be Saint Louis where both could have their parents and friends at every game and have them visit their apartments or practices. They are happy around Saint Louis and chose to stay. There is no way SLU looks like a better school then Illinois who recruited Lisch and UNLV that looked at Lidell. Both like Saint Louis and the people they know. Soderberg just had to not F up the situation and to think that Brad did a great job brining them here is a huge joke. Brad can't recruit. He has never stolen a player away from a different school. A player says they are looking at Mizzou or Kansas and Brad is done. He is scared of the big boys.

Stop saying JJ and VN let us down. Coming into this season, if anyone thought that we would be good with those guys at the 4 you are stupid. This is Brad's 4th year. JJ was already here when he become the coach. If all he has to show for 4 years at SLU is a 1 game below .500 record and no 4 man, then he needs to change or go. People always talk about how we don't have the great players and the 4. Get your ass out there Brad and f'ing get those players. All we have is Dustin for next year. We have had him as a recuit for the last year almsot and have not brought another player in. Brad is only good at recruiting if players come hear to play in St. Louis, not for Brad. All we have is less talented home boys who didn't want to leave their mommies. Find some real players Brad or leave. I have been saying all year that Brad sucks and I guess now people believe me. Bring in Huggins!

Enough about Metz. I think that he is funny and brings a lot to the board. I bet Metz gets many ladies with his humor. Now back to the topic, Sloan is not a grad assistant making 16,000 a year. Sloan ahs a full time well paying job. We use to have a grad assistant but then Brad had a DBO position added when he got a new contract I think. Sloan is making around 40,000 a year. All that money for a dumbass.

Sloan is an idiot.....he walks around all day doing jack. He junps up and down all anrgry but I don't think he does any work. The secretary does most of the work probably and I think sloan is nothing but a glorifed secretary. We don't need a DBO. Before dumbass sloan, we had that Ranall (sp) guy who wasn't even a DBO. Did things improve or go down hill since Sloan took over? Sloan is an idiot. He played for SLU, good let it Fing go. He's an idiot and the billiken ledgend night showed that he is dumb. Get a real person or someone who actually went to college to take his place. 2 years ago he could hit a jump shot, that shouldn't equal a job now.

Once again SLU has showed that they are a joke. We won't to be good at sports without spending money or using effort. We want great players just to show up.

I was wasted when I made that post, so what. I went to the game and had a great time then went to Humps. The reason I bring Brad up is that we care too much about his wishes. I think coach can be good at times and he can be a nice guy at times. Romar was much better. If coach was so great, why didn't Wisconsin keep him? He's only gonna be here for 10 years because everyone loves him too much too see that he is an average coach. Everyone thinks SLU basketball is so great. There is always room for improvement. He has had one good recruiting class since he has been here. We got Ian because of Lance Randell, not because of Brad. Lance was a coach in Europe or something like that and learned about Ian, that's what I have been told. This is coaches 4th year here. He has yet to bring in any skilled big men besides Ian and has yet to bring in a 4. Coach doesn't try to recruit players again schools like Mizzour or Kansas. Once a player looks at these schools, we give up and try to get whats left. Also, it really hurts me when a band member makes fun of me. Coming from someone who thinks they are cool cause they have a group of other nerds to hang out with doesn't do anything for me. You guys play good, congrats. Nothing like losers who think they are cool. Now everyone is gonna write back and say how great the band is, good for them. I choose to see things as negative when they really are and don't let stuff go by without comment. Also, that Reggie guy is an idiot. There is a girl that works with him that does twice the work as him. I don't know her name but she is always doing stuff while Reggie stands there looking zoned out. Now everyone make fun of me, I'd like to hear how stupid I am and how much of a jerk I am.

So Brad said he wanted a smaller place so we are to cater to a below .500 coach who will be here for another 5 years. That makes no sense. Why build an arena that a coach wants when he will be gone in not to distant of a future. Remember we are talking about a below .500 coach. He spent all his career with Dick Bennett until Dick took him places. So we should listen to someone who has never been in the big time. We want our program to be great so we sell ourselves short to the wants and likes of an average coach. It makes no sense. Make it 13,000 seats so students and the returning ticket holders can come. If we turn people away cause it's sold out, do you really think they are gonna want to come back. The hot ticket thing is ######. People either want to go to a game or don't. People won't see that it is almost sold out and want to go. Also, this isn't Dayton where there is nothing to do. People in St. Louis don't care that much about SLU, SLU is always second to Mizzou. It is a bad mistake to make the gym 10,000. The A-10 has small, crappy gyms but why do we want to be like them. The SEC and Big-12 all has big places. We want to be like them so we should build a guym like them. When we get good, the extra 3,000 tickets will bring in great revenue. The people who want tickets but can't get them because we have 10,000 Tickets won't do ###### for SLU.

They never practice on the same team. The only given this year is that Bryce will be guarding Ian. It has happened every practice I have been too and will most likely stay the same next year. Soderberg doesn't seem to have a creative game plan ever. It's what the other team doesn and how he reacts.

I was listening to the Brad Soderberg show on the radio and him and Ramsey started talking about the student managers after someone called in and asked about the job. I was wondering who these guys are and what do they do. I have been to a few games and don't really know what they do doing a game or anything. Soderberg and Ramsey talked a lot about them and I was just curious about what people know since i've never heard this discussed.
