Everyone- As you may have noticed, the message board looks slightly different than it used to. I took off the title b/c it really didn't serve that much of a point. I added a link to the Offseason board. Also I changed the e-mail address to contact me at. It is now steve at billikens.com. I still have [email protected], but I am trying to ween myself off that name somewhat. So for Billikens related things, I will use Steve at billikens.com. That's about it. Steve

I made a very slight change to the board...When replying to a post now, the post you are replying to will appear on the screen that you type your reply into. This does not mean that the post you are replying to will be in your reply. It just provides it for better reference, and it help make sure you are replying to the right person. This wasn't done by any significant coding, but me just going through the features of the board again and noticing something that I forgot about that could be handy. Steve

Thicks is right (he knows more about this message board script than I do). I do need to get off my butt and do the grunt work of links... Many of the message boards above are outdated... Just think of it like getting your son to clean his room, he knows it needs to be done, just it is no fun As for the second board, so far so good. It is more politics than I expected honestly. I expected some random stuff, but I definitely expected more Cardinals talk, but it just isn't happening. I am glad to hear that it your second favorite board (What's the first? ) Hopefully we can keep the good political discussion going, but it could run a little dry because we are discussing more beliefs than the day to day stuff. And there is only so much we can discuss the beliefs (like was Iraq right or not? Clinton Good or Bad?) The topics will eventually run dry, so hopefully we build enough of a discussion base that the board continues strong when more day to day issues need to be discussed. (Hopefully that paragraph made sense). Hopefully the board works out for the long run...And it works out somewhat that the election year ends around the time SLU's Season starts... Late October Early November, I expect Billikens.com to get some TRAFFIC...Between the politics and basketball.. Phew... Steve

I just did a BUNCH of cleaning up of old files from the server...There was stuff on there from 5 years ago. Tell me if you experience any problems with stuff not loading. I don't anticipate any problems, but I could have missed something. Steve

I have a question, I always wondered, who pays for players' injuries/surgeries. As in does SLU cover the cost, or is the cost to the family. Hopefully I am not asking something inappropriate. I was just wondering. Steve
