No. Just hypothetical. My point is I agree with the statement that the process should not take that long. Look at the application, yes or no.

I think it’s quite logical that if a school is asking for a waiver based on mental health that there us some documentation to that effect.
-
Have you been to the DNV lately? They always find something is missing. I actually don't think a days review is unreasonable. Take mental health issues. The school I'm sure has submitted medical documantation for their claim. It's either creditable or not. The NCAA is not going to send Columbo to check it out. At most they may ask the medical expert for clarification.

Sorry but it was as good as Bud.

They did a few games last year. Tom Ackerman did the call.
-
Wow. You certainly don’t think we can score.

Just saw from Rothstein that Kentucky's 7 footer Ivisic has not been cleared yet. So it's not only SLU NCAA's imcompetance.

I ran into Chris May at half time and he volunteered that he told the building management to turn up the heat. Second half was better. That doesn't answer why it was so cold. Obviously the small crowd didn't help.

I watched part of his minutes. Are we sure the + is not a typo? -
Ed Crenshaw?

I also thought I saw that.

The BVF Returns - Pay $250 to watch a sub .500 team practice

Roy I don't know if you are correct or not. Why are you confident. I do agree that part of a contribution to the university could help pay salaries but how do you know that money could go to the NIL. -

What's an Enclyclopedia? I agree the AD receives money from boosters. Yes part of that money could go to the NIL. This all goes back to my original point that for this thing to be succesfull in the short run you need larger money from bigger boosters or local companies. See Luther Burdens potato chips. Maybe TJ can do adds for Great Clips. -

You have a lot of assumptions in there. -

I don't know. Just because Rick was paid by Tony Novelli under Biondi doesn't mean someone else is paying Ford. If someone has first hand knowledge I would love to see it. One of my biggest ******* about this board is someone says something without proof and it becomes gospel. -

Unless the rules have changed the university itself can not fund the NIL. I know this board believes outsiders are paying part of his salary but we don't know that is a fact. -

I think the young alumni is your best argument but I am more concerned about today. -

Hey I am all for getting as many people envolved as possible but that is not going to move the needle. You need a whale to get this off the ground. Take a Jim Kavanaugh. The man is a Billionare. Convince him to commit a million dollars a year to the BVF. While part of that would go to soccer you would have the seed money necessary to build on. Jim K is just an example but their are wealthy people out there. -

Timeing is a problem with some of this. Larger program donors have just completed pledges to the Champion Center. Annual Billiken Club gifts. While I applaud trying to broaden the base success will be determined at the top. Can you convince someone who has already given big money to give more? That or find new backers. -

The only thing the BOT would say is how are you going to pay for it? -

No. Not if May can raise the money. -

I don't agree with this. First of all I think May has done is doing a good job. Fred P and the BOT are supportive of May. Chris "Do what you want just pay for it". Fred or Joe Conrad are not micro managing the Athletic Department.
