The Billikens, who went from Conference USA to the Atlantic-10 as an expansion afterthought, beat Charlotte to tie the more talented 49ers for second place in the A-10. Because that 2nd will be the Saint Louis University Basketball Billikens coming in as a #11 or #12. Actually, he didnt say that, just my personal feelings.
