slu72
Are we back to UB's old plodding style of not pushing the ball up the court? we haven't cracked 60 ppg in the last 3 games. Now it doesn't matter how we win, but UB said he had the players to play an uptempo game which has kind of disappeared. What's up?
Sheltiedave
JJ is playing significant minutes, and TL probably is our second leading rebounder. We also have been playing teams with competent coaching, and they have not been willing to be burned by giving up easy points on breaks. BTW, Iowa is a very good B10 team, and we held them to 60 pts. Although we got an L hung on us, that was some outstanding D!
billiken_roy
i think there are two reasons. first we havent shot well as of late, and second, the better ian gets the more it makes sense to go through ian.
cheeseman
Our scoring is down for one reason and one reason only - we can not hit a perimeter shot - if we could, then we would stop having to run the shot clock down hoping for some easy basket.
