Tonka
Interesting, but probably long overdue. I agree totally though, this is one of the worst health conscious cities I have ever spent time in. St. Louis deserves those titles!
Alonzo P Hawk
I like the fact that, according to the article, Ozzie Smith "...is loved by St. Louis fans for his trademark back flip that would whip up fans at Busch Stadium." I thought it was because he won 13 straight Gold Gloves (1980-92), played in 12 straight All-Star Games (1981-92), was the MVP of 1985 NL playoffs and the all-time MLB assist leader (8,375). Box and Won
it was the backflip. Oh, and one of the most memorable home runs in Cardinal history.
Schasz
I have found it is just a life style change, as I have now dropped 50 LBS. and I have a goal weight etched in mind that I am more than half way to it. We now have daylight longer and it has helped me get almost an hour on my bike before dinner. In my case, it was a matter of making wiser choices and finding something that both my wife and I enjoyed to do from an excercise point of view. Now that some serious weight is off, I am getting interested in playing golf again to add to my exercise (and perhaps frustration) routine.
