Frank saying that everything he is hearing is indicating that Loe will be a Billiken means very little in my opinion though. Frank tends to oversell things and honestly what are the chances that Frank is actually talking to Loe or people associated with him. You are correct that Frank gets excited about a story and can jump ahead of himself, but he said he had talked with Majerus this morning before Majerus got on a plane for Indy to hopefully he was just relaying what he was told.
