  1. If he signs he'll be playing at SLU. I can't think of an instance where a kid has gotten out of his NLI while the coach that recruited him was still there. Even Mitchell Robinson is ending up at WKU and Gordon is way less messy of a recruitment than that.
  2. Should probably have quoted 05 here. He's the one bitching.
  3. I made no claim that it wasn't recycled.
  4. Surely that ship has sailed if he's willing to leave Chaminade for prep school? All in on Jared Rhoden.
  5. Most phrases in sports are cliches. Sorry.
  6. Everyone can continue to talk about Mizzou and Martin, whatever. People will do that. I think Watson genuinely wanted to play close to home, and not for nefarious reasons. You win some recruitments, you lose some. http://www.stltoday.com/sports/college/mizzou/whitfield-s-watson-commits-to-mizzou/article_bce94856-7f93-5582-bf02-9b8206814467.html Watson also considered SLU after decommiting from Ohio State, he said. "He really had great rapport with (SLU coach) Travis Ford and (assistant) Corey Tate and those guys have been classy throughout the entire process," Potsou said.
  7. I'm guessing that they're coming to St. Louis very quickly. I'm pretty sure Rutherford quit the Post to be the Blues guy for them.
  8. SLU's following is simply not big enough right now to sustain a Scout affiliate. VCU and Dayton don't have one either.
  9. Sunday is features day though. That's when they publish season previews and stuff like that. I'd look for a Blues one on a Sunday in mid to late September.
  10. Making a joke in response to someone making a dick-ish statement does not make one a seminarian, no.
  11. Sorry should have ran that joke by you first for approval. Didn't mean to offend.
  12. Oh ok. I too wish bad things to people I don't know because they once played basketball for a school I support. Normal.
  13. This is humor right? I don't want to step on anyone's toes.
  14. Without actually seeing the paper I would be willing to bet it has something to do with college football starting next weekend. We don't have a pro team anymore.
  15. I love that nobody is considering that Watson is wanting to be closer to home for legitimate reasons. That's what I've heard at least.
  16. http://scout.com/college/basketball/recruiting/Article/Torrence-Watson-has-to-remain-closer-to-home-106535301 Watson decommiting from OSU, wants to stay close to home.
  17. So who do you think the 2019 priorities should be?
  18. Humming is an interesting take considering the main sample in All the Way Up is a horn melody that is easily hummable.
  19. ESPN Is by far the worst recruiting service. I think they're just understaffed compared to Rivals and Scout/247. It's basically Biancardi and Borzello. As a result I think they way over weight the summer evaluation periods and Gordon didn't play much this summer, hence the drop. He's a top 40 player in the country no doubt about it. It's funny that ESPN had him way too high after sophomore year (he's not a top 10 player). Rankings shouldn't be this volatile unless your evaluations are just not good.
  20. Just read the last 5 pages and feel dumber as a result. Just type out player's names. How hard is that?
  21. Or all of the hardos on here could chill out.
