Great presser by Crews. Interesting that he said that he had Welmer penciled in as a starter after summer workouts and the Bahamas trip. From watching all the Bahama replays, my impression was Welmer was going to be a significant contributor this year with good upside. Glad to have verification that "The Beast" had impressed the staff so much that he was going to begin the year as a starter. With the exception of one frontcourt player, I'd be OK with everyone else returning. I'm guessing that at least one guard will be heading elsewhere next year. Assuming no more than two transfers, it looks like the new staff will have some talent to work with.
