  9. As far as I know, the NCAA selection committee doesn't look at anything until the regualr season and conference tournaments are over. So, where the teams are ranked right now, as reflected by ESPN, USA Today polls and RPI, isn't near as meaningful as where the teams will be in 2 1/2 weeks. Many who read this board and have seen this subject re-hashed about 100 times would agree ( and past history supports) that predictive models like Pomeroy, Sangarin, and the Wiz are better at telling us where will be in 2 1/2 weeks. Just using my abacus, 16th makes more sense than 35th.
  10. Dr. Coleman will re-calculate the chances to 100% after tomorrow!
  11. It should definitely be before the game...that's a no-brainer.
  12. Agreed. it is not a "must win" to get into the tournament. Even if the Bills lose to X, they can still get in the NCAA tournament without winning the A-10 tournament. But, the point is...If they do beat X, they're in...regardless of any othet games.
  13. Yes, that's what people "in the know " are saying: Beat X= Big Dance The rest of the games just determine the seeding.
  14. I though RI traveled a lot too.
  15. If we win out from here on and win the A-10 tourney, we're still a 6 seed. 2 more wins, and we;re in. Period.
  16. RI averages 16 off boards/game, and today they got 12. No doubt lack of rebounding hurt, but so did a lot of other things.
  17. Beat X on tues, and we're in. Lose to X, beat duq and 1 in A-10 and we're in. We're in... the question is still what seed? I predict we win out and make it to the A-10m finals.
  18. Bills lose by 2!
  19. gut check!
  20. 22 to go 62-62 RI ball
  21. CE with the board
  22. 62-62
  23. hits the 1st
