I'm personally not ready to throw in the towel on an at-large just yet, but tonight...aye yi yi.

I was fortunate and made it home to see the entire 2nd half of this disappointing loss. Temple just flat out looked like the better team tonight. We seemed to be doing a lot of things right, but Temple had all the answers tonight. They hit a very high percentage of highly contested shots. SLU, on the other hand, while on the road, has missed a very high percentage of wide open looks. Not exactly a great recipe for success. And we definitely got "visitored" tonight. It wasn't enough to blame the loss on, but I didn't see one questionable call go our way but a few went the other way. Maybe one or two no calls favored us but that's it. Somewhat disappointing. And I don't know if it was Steve or Roger, but he who first mentioned an NIT bid as being "right there" where we should be....ugh, killer. Not a night to go to the boat in the moat. edited for clarity

Refs had a better second half and Bills get the win on the--I'll call it something between a neutral and--home court. Like playing at the Scottrade. Very nice game for the Bills. Beat the Owls now. I'll miss that one. GL HF.

Colonials not suffering any road shooting woes. Fortunately, we are clicking as well. Colonials came to play. We will have to keep it up if they continue to shoot like they have so far.

Offense didn't seem patient enough tonight, especially the further the game went along. Poor shooting again and another road loss. I hope we can do better in the next 2 at home, get a road win in Charlotte, and get back on track.

Jordair with the offensive free throw rebound but couldn't get the putback to fall. Needed about 30% from 3's to win this one. Great effort though. This will be good experience for going on the road in conference. edit: changed "it" to "the putback" for clarity
