Not really.The O'Bannon case is about a player's image rights and whether the NCAA can keep a player from profiting from his own image. This shirt does not involve Jordair's image nor is he seeking to profit from it. Davidnark made an assertion that "legal standards" of the NCAA prevent this shirt. I'd like to see evidence of that. IMO, it is a ridiculous assertion.
