I never said that I hated SLU. In fact, I've always been a huge fan of the Billikens. It's people like you that keep pretending that everything is GREAT and that Majerus is doing a wonderful job. YOU are the biggest troll of them all! Why don't you speak up and let it be known how you truly feel? You know darn well that SLU hasn't done anything under Majerus. Kevin is one of the best players in the history of SLU. The fact that he came here gave a huge boost to the program and he has performed admirably despite several very serious injuries. Some of my very best memories of being a Billiken fan where games where he was lights out like last years Xavier game or games where he was such a dogged defender that his opponent just sort of gave up and started pushing him because he could not get free--like the guy from UMASS a few years ago. It is now pretty clear to me that Kevin's various injuries are causing him real problems. The fact that he still needs the tape on his hand--after he split it open to the bone--says that he is still not right. It was incredibly unfortunate that he got cheap shotted in an exhibition game and he slammed into the floor on his back. My guess is that the injury from that fall is still not healed. But Kevin does not quit and he never complains. I am sure he is more frustrated than any of us that his shooting has not returned after his injuries. But to personally insult the guy, a wonderful young man who has already graduated, is ridiculous. I know I am considered a stupid old guy who does not understand that message boards are designed to let idiots like these two insult our team our coach and our players but it still steams me that some may actually take these people seriously and think they are expressing opinions as Billiken fans.

After watching SLU struggle so badly the past two years you have to consider the coach. We all know that Majerus had some very good teams at Utah, but that was a while back. The game has changed and most coaches are adjusting to that change. What about Majerus? Last year SLU set a NCAA Division I record for the lowest amount of points scored in one game(20). This year SLU continues to struggle with scoring. Majerus insists that his style of play will get SLU back to the National Tournament. I honestly don't see that happening anytime soon. Maybe the game has passed Rick Majerus by and he just doesn't get it!!!

It's over for you JIMBO! SLU will be lucky to win three more games this season. You have been reduced to comedy and funny pictures because SLU is that bad! I do want you to continue with pictures. They are truly funny.

What ever happened to your idol Anthony James? I'm hearing that he will be at Harris Stowe State University next year. There are reports that their coach will be fired after this season and a very familiar name to high school basketball in St.Louis will be brought in.

The worst is yet to come for SLU. They may lose the next 10 games all by double digits! Majerus will then start blaming his players on not doing what he's asking. This has to be the worst SLU team in recent memory. They are too boring to even watch. Majerus is trying to play D3 style basketball on the D1 level! The game has passed him by. It's truly a shame the way he has destroyed SLU basketball!

Again, SLU will be lucky to win four more games! Their season is pretty much over now. I have to agree with you Billikan, beating Boston College 53-50 was huge considering the schedule ahead of them. It's really too bad that Majerus is being allowed to destroy the program. He will soon find a way to bench Reed and play Thompson.

Roundtree was a decent high school player without a true position. Chris Lowery was foolish to even sign the kid. He's the type of player that is good enough to get you FIRED!!! I agree with STLHI that Majerus quit too, but that's ok ? Majerus is a JOKE and SLU will be lucky to win 4 more games this season. They can barely beat the cupcake teams on their schedule. We are looking at three local kids quitting after one semester. Derron Hobbs(Missouri State), Cotto(SLU), and Roundtree(SIUC). Why? It's really simple. They were not good enough! Each of these players should have gone to a JUCO from the begin. Chris Lowery and Cuonzo Martin are putting their jobs on the line signing St.louis kids that are not ready.

It's best that Femi redshirts and transfers next year before RM ruins him. Cotto made the smart move!

I agree. That's why Mike Anderson has Mizzou playing like a DI tournament basketball team. RM still thinks he can win playing kids with no talent. He gets rid of Anthony Mitchell and gives a scholarship to the brother of KL. That kid is a JV player at a DIII school! SLU hasn't done anything since Romar left.

Femi should have never chosen SLU along with Reed and Cotto. RM says he wants those types of players but he really doesn't. Tommy should have transferred last year. Again, RM likes playing guys that have high basketball IQ's and no talent. He doesn't understand that the top area high school players are seeing this and it pushes them further away from SLU. Femi is better than KL and KC.
