He hasn't realized it yet, but the kid has skills. You can take a flyer on a kid like that and hope he puts it together. He is not a Husak like project. He has much more to work with and I think Husak is going to have a good year.

I think labeling him as a scumbag for making too many phone, granted 550 too many, calls is a little harsh. Wow he got in trouble once in almost 30 year coaching tenure. Far worst happened at MU and UI under two of their most beloved coaches. When you take into account the whole record of Kelvein Sampson as a person and a coach he is far from a scumbag.

And they will try to convince you that Sampson is the worst human being walking the earth since Hitler.

Baniak was rated higher coming out, but I don't think all his hype was deserved. Thompson, I believe, has the potentail to be big time. I think he will play the 5 in RM's sytem and thrive.

I think this class has the chance to be better than '97. It has the potentail to be the greatest in my lifetime.
