gister
I found this on the CUSA-Talk board from a Charlotte poster: --------------------- Lubbock Christian 74, Rhode Island 68 quote - "Lubbock Christian coach John Copeland called the NAIA school's first victory over an NCAA Division 1 program the biggest win in program history." Chaminade upsets Villanova in Maui Invitational opener quote - " Kashif Reyes scored eight of his 10 points in the final 2½ minutes to help Chaminade beat Villanova 52-49 Monday in the opening round of the Maui Invitational and snap a 30-game losing streak in the tournament it hosts." -----------------------
Quality Is Job 1
In addition to the fact that Rhode Island lost to an NAIA school (but it won't hurt the Rams' RPI, just their image), Dayton got smacked by Central Michigan in the Maui Invitational today (as I mentioned in my other post). We really need our future A-10 comrades to pick it up.
