He played for one of those Christian academies against another Christian academy. His team was up by 50 at half. He had 32. So the ocach benches everybody but him. Kid ends up breaking the state one-game record by 4, scoring 76 int he game. When asked the head coach said he had scouts from the College of Charleston watching the kid so he left him in. The assistant coaches said they were going for the record. CofC confirmed they were there but left at half. Later, the coach said to his assistants, "We're killing them, it would be a sin to leave the kid in." His assistants responded, "With the game he's having, it'd be a bigger sin to take him out." Its was two Christian academies! Who's gonna win that argument?????? I have no problem with Pitino .. he's playing major college ball. Its like Moss or TO ... you don't want them dancing in the end zone, keep them out of there. Crean deserves it but Pitino will get a come-uppance somewhere along the line.
