Yes, I drank the water and the ice, something I do not do in Mexico, and did not have any trouble from doing this (in Pittsburgh not in Mexico). As for bars, if that is your thing you should talk about them in your post, I did not visit them in Pittsburgh. The restaurants I have gone to in Pittsburgh range from decent to very good and they generally serve booze. You were lucky you didn't get bad case of Cowher's Revenge.
