TheA_Bomb
I take this to be a good sign that SLU even when playing sloppy preformed better against AIA than IU did. This must be taken lightly as exhibition games are hard to read. http://sports.yahoo.com/ncaab/news?slug=ap...ov=ap&type=lgns http://slubillikens.ocsn.com/sports/m-bask.../110303aaa.html
TheA_Bomb
Also, the exhibition teams are getting alot better as of late. I think you have to spend the big $ to get the good ones. It seems that SLU does we are playing the teams that the other top teams in basketball do. The best is the Globetrotters but they are a "Barn Storming Team" not necessarily an exhibtion team. Do the Globe Trotters have a home court? So that is my reply to myself. "I often quote myself, it gives spice to conversation." lamontcranston
I also saw a score in the paper where SIUC defeated AIA by around 9 or 10 points or so.I believe it was a WED. nite game.Another point to remember is that sometimes these Exhibition Teams have more than one team or are joined by different players in various parts of the country.I also believe that AIA has played Elon and UMKC, anyone see those scores? Quality Is Job 1
http://www.aia.com/basketball/men/2003schedule.asp (http://www.aia.com/basketball/) I believe Athletes in Action is now 2-4. They beat Mt. Vernon and Elon and lost to SLU, UMKC, SIU, and Indiana.
