BLIKNS
Who do you think will be named the Post`s high school player of the year?Who do you think deserves it?Will Polk,Liddell, and Meyer be able to be 1st team all metro?
RecCenterRat
If Polk wins his third state championship, wouldn't you assume he'd be the player of the year? He will have re-habbed his knee and proven that he could win without McKinney and Kerns. I know his numbers aren't flashy, but he's a good kid, going to a local school, and he's a winner. I could be totally off base with this .. We could have a joint situation as well .. the PD .. had that with David Lee and Jimmy McKinney .. 3star_recruit
Throw in Lisch and Price and that's your first team.
RecCenterRat
Don't they select the first team stuff according to position?
lefty
Doesn't take a genius to figure this out. There's a who;e lot of good little guys out there.
3star_recruit
That has been the trend. On that note, Grimes will probably get 1st team over Price.
SLURadioBoy
When do they announce the teams and give out all the awards? It would be great to see one of our guys win it! I would also think Luke and Dwayne have a shot at "Mr. Show-Me basketball". Tommie won't have a shot at Illinois' award with Livingston being from the same state.
