In the long run, I think Rammer said it best when he said he'd be a good pickup for a school in a lower level D1 conference like the Patriot League. Being a quality guy with no blemishes, you'd have to think someone will give him a job as a HC but at a lower level. From there he could work his way back up the ladder. Sadly, it's pretty much all about recruiting these days, and some of the stuff that's surfaced about how UB approached the process isn't going to land him a job with any biggie any time soon.
