What's your thoughts on Strickland? Do you think he cracks the rotation this year?

Would you be ok if Nesbitt was promised the majority of his minutes in the backcourt with Yuri? Not saying that was the case ...just asking your thoughts

Is Cook in the portal yet?

He barely played because he got outplayed in practice ...so they played smaller lineups. If you can go out and find a forward to replace him who can potentially give you minutes...you do it.

Lol...or they just filled positions of need with Corey Douglas leaving along with Medley-Bacon. They needed more length at the forward spots.

Watson didn't receive his ranking from his high school achievements. He got it from AAU. Gordon, Ramey, Watson were all on TeamRamey and were ranked in 8th grade. Mizzou just wasn't a good fit for Torrance

Sooo...let's take Strickland for example. You recruit him with the pitch that there will be time available on the wing do to graduation. You then recruit over him. First two years will consist of limited playing time. With those same players slotted ahead of him for future playing time. Where does the "coach em up" philosophy come into play?

Maybe Penny believed Nesbitt was a one and done level player. He wasn't leaving after one semester to go pro however. Maybe Jordan enrolled early to get a jump on conditioning, learning the system so he could be ready to produce at a high level next year. Maybe after seeing players transfer out of Memphis, Jordan didn't see it as a great situation to be in and wanted to leave for a better one. I have no insight on this situation. Just another viewpoint.

I'm sure Tate has already been in touch with him lol.
