Yes, absolutely enjoy the hell out of the success!!! It was well earned. It can come and go, but a run in the tourney can bring better recruits looking to be at SLU. Crews seems to be a very good coach. Is he a good recruiter? I sure hope so, because he's the future as long as he doesn't leave for greener pastures. The thrill of watching your own team become bigtime is awesome and unless you are playing VCU, I'll be rooting for SLU every game. We want to play SLU in the A10 tourney, and if we get the 4 seed, we may get our wish earlier than we hope. A 3 seed would be much better so we can get another game in before what is basically a toss up with you guys on a neutral floor, but that depends on a bunch of stuff. Congratulations on the A10 Championship. Undefeated in the league. That is some pretty rarified air!

If anyone cares MIzzou pretty much sent themselves to the NIT with their loss to GA last night unless they do a number in their tourney.

Duke has 13 games so far against teams outside the 100 RPI. Lost 1 of them. So, 13 of their 23 wins are sub 100. Compare that to Kansas has 4 and has won 12 against the top 50. All of their losses are vs top 50 teams. The numbers kinda favor Kansas. Oh and Wichita State has 24 outside the top 100, just for informational purposes. 2 vs top 50. They'll be gone in the round of 32.

How soon we forget the only 2 game CBI title game sweep that ever happened. Maybe RamNation will get rid of the most posted thread ever soon..The FODU thread. It keeps coming on the front page for some stupid reason. They don't belong in the same sentence with any A10 team.

I have never and never will disrespect Majerus. I only said that it was time to move on. That was then, this is now. Where are the commas. I've said all I have to say about arguablly the best NCAA coach that ever stepped on the floor. Give Roy W, Krisneski, Pitino, and Donovan equal teams on the floor and Majerus would have destroyed them.

He is gone. That's a fact. I loved Majerus and he is and was the best NCAA coach that I ever saw. There was no disrespect intended. I was saying it's time to move on. I was there in SLC when Majerus made it all happen. Loved the guy and will always love his accomplishments and his ability to take mediocre teams to new heights. Stop beating on me. I certainly would never disrespect Majerus. It would be sacrilege to me. Da Man took the Utes to a place most all of us can only dream of. I find it a personal insult to have someone say that I don't respect the man.

Yes it is the SLU board. I'm here because I respect SLU and the rivalry that has grown. That game happened a long time ago. I no longer have to see Mojo's posts. Mudkat, it is a SLU board. And the comparison is not far off. Slu was up 17 at the half that game, and up 26 at the 5 min mark in the 2nd half. Not a bad comp. That was a great game for SLU. Gave us a bunch of confidence. Maybe you'll win on Saturday, but you will definitely have lost both games last year and the first game this year. Chin up, buckaroo.

Best night of my CBB life was when Maynor shaked and baked and canned that 18 footer to dump them in the first round. The missing link in the argument is that KU played a brutal OOC schedule and is 17-3 against tough competiton the last 20 games. They also took out Duke. I would argue that either of our teams would not have 22 wins against that schedule. As for Duke, I have no idea. They just get the love no matter what.

They would be a massively good addition to the A10!!!! Won't happen, but we can dream. We've played some way entertaining games against them. I wonder if they'd turn down an invite. Whoa, just looked. They're another 420 miles out from you guys. That's some tough travel. That said, Marquette jumped at the Big E and they're pretty far out there too, Especially for the games down South.

Yes, we would absolutely go bonkers with a chance at FUVA again this year. 19 years those bastids avoided us. Then we get em at home next year too.

The FOX money (while it lasts) is the only reason to want to be in the Big (mid-major) East. I'm pretty sure FOX isn't too happy about the bundle of money they spent for the BE. Be careful what you wish for.

Don't look now, but Mizzou is starting to hit the last 4 in in a lot of projected brackets. Now, serious question for you guys. No BS. Would you rather be the last 3 or a top number 4 seed with a chance to blast Missou should they get through to the 32? If I was gonna put Mizzou in, I'd probably find a way to match SLU up with Mizzou. Marquee CBS game. As for me, I'd love to see UVA at 3, us at 6 in the same bracket and maybe get another shot at them this year.

He IS the A10 player of the year. No doubt in my mind. Now, if the choice during the recruiting process was between him and a 4 star, he'd be some other conference's POY. Just sayin. That's why they play the games.
