6'5 WG Ronnie Suggs of Washington, MO
BANG! He Got It! replied to stlsfinest's topic in Billikens.com Main Board
I watched this kid play a bunch over break. I went to Washington at the same time as Scott and Ronnie is pretty similar. Smooth shot and movement but needs to be much stronger than he is. It'll be interesting to see what improvements he makes for senior year. -

I would have to agree that Bogart's does have the edge in this one. Though, Pappy's is still 1B for sure. Neither is even close to being "good." They're both terrific.

When I saw them it was one other guy (Who would older) and Tanner Bronson.
-
I just saw Jordan and Darryl wandering around the BSC on campus. Jordan was talking with Tanner Bronson about how Grandy usually always knows where to eat.

The kid Platt is with is white.
-
I don't recognize the kid, but Platt is walking campus with a kid and his family right now. Kid looks to be in the 6'6 - 6'7 area by estimate.

Yacoubou was graded by ESPN has a 92, which would be the highest that we've had in my memory. http://espn.go.com/college-sports/basketball/recruiting/player/_/id/67009/achraf-yacoubou

http://stats.njcaa.org/sports/mbkb/2012-13/div1/players/daishonknightoxil I believe he is also the brother of former Kansas player and current NBA-D League player Josh Selby.

Yea, seems like a scorer from these stats: http://stats.njcaa.org/sports/mbkb/2012-13/div1/players/daishonknightoxil

And for what it's worth, CBS is reporting the interim tag to be lifted on Crews. 101 ESPN said that CBS claims deal could be done before the start of the Final Four.

I appreciate posts like this. Good information and, wow, it actually talks about a recruit!

OT: Manchester City vs Chelsea at Busch
BANG! He Got It! replied to brianstl's topic in Billikens.com Main Board
I was lucky enough to score sideline tickets with admission to the Chelsea training session. I've been a Chelsea fan my who life, so this is going to be a ton of fun. I looked on StubHub just for fun yesterday, and some tickets were going for $20,000. -
From what I could find on the school website, it seems like we do in the college of nursing.
-
Rivals also has a JUCO PG who took a visit March 29 with SLU listed as his only choice. Name: Daishon Knight.
-
Weixlmann just tweeted something about a new SLU transfer name. It's a paid link, though, so unfortunately I have no real information other than that...
-
Also seems like people want to consider SLU a higher level program, but then also assume that recruiting will be the same here as it was at Evansville. Can't do both. Evansville might be one of the hardest places to recruit to. To me, it's like comparing apples to oranges.

Kwamain- Where does he stand?
BANG! He Got It! replied to Littlebill's topic in Billikens.com Main Board
I'd put him in my top 10. His on court achievements statistically put him in the top 10 in many all-time SLU categories and, to me, was the leader of the resurgence of the SLU program over the last few years (aside from Rick, of course). -

Tubby Smith was just fired at Minnesota. Not sure if he'd be attractive at all... -

Jeff Boals from Ohio State? James Whitford from Arizona? Mike Dunlap from St. John's? -
Really, we just ran into a team on fire. Same thing happened with the 2011 Cardinals. We beat a bunch of teams that were "seeded" higher than us in the playoffs. We peaked at the right time. Oregon may be doing the same thing.
