Or “It’s Ice Ice Baby” or “The Vanilla Iceman” or ”The Iceman with the cold-blooded triple”

Hoping Rammer will use "The Iceman Cometh" when Ingvi knocks down a triple.

I think Travis should use a platoon system with two groups of 6 players each. One sub for each group of five ready to go in case of injury, foul trouble, etc. Have each group play roughly five minute segments until the mid point of the second half then go with the starting group and a sub rotation the final ten mins. I think the talent is so even across both groups that you have 10-12 players getting meaningful minutes throughout the year while minimizing the number of players disappointed about playing time. I saw a similar situation work for the ABA Carolina Cougars in the '72-'73 season when they went 57-27 and got better as the year progressed. They started an offensive guard platoon of Steve "Snapper" Jones and Mack Calvin, then the second quarter, the defensive specialists, Ted "Hound Dog" McClain and Gene Littles played. Jones and Calvin would start the third quarter, then about the mid-point of that quarter, Larry Brown would decide which tandem was the most effective, go with that for a while, then the fourth quarter use a regular sub rotation. Those four guards just wore other backcourts down. With all the talent Ford is accumulating, seems a shame that 4-5 of these guys will mostly sit. You can avoid foul trouble, lower injury risks and keep players happy. C'mon Travis, give it a shot.

Speaking of Conklin, I just had a client by the name of Bryan Conklin, and he said he's familiar with Brian Conklin although not familiar with SLU basketball. Said when he searches his name online, he finds this basketball player. I decided to search it myself and ran across this interview Conklin did with a French newspaper. He's a had a solid pro career at various stops around the globe. Thought Bills fans might find the interview interesting. wearebasket.net/one-one-brian-conklin/

Great get for the coaching staff! The key question now is can we get the season started before situation 3 hits. For all the talent on the roster, there is likely to be stormy Weathers, er seas ahead. -
That chump program has fans? What a waste of time.

Porter said when you look as good as he does, you don't worry about the clothes.
-
Why isn't Krutwig playing for Loyola?
-
Loyola made its first 13 shots of the second half but Nevada is tightening up the D and coming back.
