I don't know much about their dynamic, but rick went around his preseason interviews ripping on Willie's work ethic. That said, I think coach would let Will back if he met with the coaches and gave some kind of 'changed man' speech. Rick might have higher standards than other sleazy CB coaches, but the guy still wants to win

what are the complications if Willie has already been released from his schollie? and should we be worried about grades or was that all bs?

Probably so, but fortunately he looks to be pretty well conditioned and will be able to get big learning minutes early on. He also appears to be a smart kid as he is making strides early. I'm pretty impressed with his passing after last nights game. Obviously gotta love the ability to bring the D to the outside. We're going to need that if we want our small lineup to get to the hoop without being swatted. It'll take a little while but he's not a lost cause like a Brett Thompson.

this thread really bothers me. its not like km is going to have to retake the ACT and fill out the SLU application. when a student is suspended they are given specific sanctions that must be completed before re-enrolling in classes. these sanctions are typically service hours and a letter of apology. either he does them or doesn't. i think its technically a hold on his record, nothing like an expulsion. he turns in his community service hours and the letter and its done, simple as that.
