completely agree with this... except it seems that a lot of students have a negative connotation with Blue Crew because it was so poor over the last few years. We need to build up a student section and then focus on developing a blue crew from there... Building blocks. Also, when you buy a season ticket, you are automatically included in Blue Crew so giving those in the blue crew a free pass doesnt work under the current system.

I can confirm this and say that ellis has said he is going to give it every chance to play for us before he moves on to the pros... stuff we already knew... just a waiting game.

Greg Oden is a perfect reason for this... He lifted way too much while he was knee rehabbing, gained too much weight in his upper body and his lower body couldnt take it. You want to gain weight, but you have to do it in moderation.

If rickma is looking for skilled big men who play their a&% off conklin style, this has the potential to be the guy... Granted, its one play so I cant say he really is like this all the time every time. But I can make him out to be gods gift until i see otherwise

Loe knows Christian fairly well through FIBA tournaments and tournaments in that area of the world and is also in close contact with our aussie coach which is what peaked his interest. Majerus also seems to have a high rep in that area with bigs, something we already knew. After speaking with him, his interest in SLU is not just slight interest, its really down to SLU, Pitt and Colorado but he just wants to take him time. Lets hope we throw the sink at him.

That stat i believe is based on points in total. The more telling stat would be points per possession. We usually use a good amount of the shot clock and force opponents to do the same, thus lower point totals. A team like UNC or KU tries to get a maximum amount of possessions rather than maximize each possession so they would be higher on this ranking. Where is the best place to pull stats like this? I am struggling to find anything and kenpom's blog confuses me to be honest.
