I didn't get to watch or listen to the game since I'm stuck at work today. Sounds a lot like last week's game though. From SLU's press release today: "After his junior year, Lisch was ranked among the top 16 point guards in the country by one recruiting service. In Illinois, Lisch was ranked as the fourth-best junior and the No. 2 guard on the www.highschoolelite.com site, and the sixth-best junior and No. 3 guard on the www.chicagohoops.com site." Well Lisch is AT LEAST in the top 10 in a state that produces a lot of basketball talent each year. Also, Liddell was ranked as the third best senior in the state by chicagohoops.com last year. Well Grape Ape, just because Lisch and Liddell aren't on that list, doesn't mean they aren't ranked on some lists or nationally known. Combined, they were recruited by the likes of Kansas, UConn, Marquette, Illinois, and Notre Dame just to name a few. I'd go by that over what some so-called "expert" says. Plus both are usually listed in the top 5 players in Illinois and Lisch is the #16 pg in the country by one list. Jalensdad, there is no doubt that all Billiken fans will be ecstatic the day Tommie suits up for the Bills!
