  1. Sounds like RL's playing tough tonight. Good to see.
  2. Not tonight. Let's milk it and finish w/ a 3.
  3. BC's having a really bad night. Nothing dropping for him.
  4. Good to see KM coming on tonite.
  5. Man, Temple's gonna come in really po'd on Wednesday. They lose to UD at HOME? Probably a hangover from the Duke win. Was kind of hoping they'd have it against us.
  6. Got to defend the home court. Got to!
  7. Get BC more involved in the second half and we should roll. Rammer and Earl said GW's D was out to stop him. That what it looks like to you guys who are watching?
  8. Sounds like KM's having a good one.
  9. I don't know what's wrong w/ my laptop but I can't get either one. Thanks for trying, Ucan.
  10. I can't gain access to either site. They're servers must be jammed full with the afternoon games.
  11. I just checked tonight on CBS there are two A-10 games. Unfortunately we're not included. SOBs.
  12. Trying to bring up First Row Sports to find out if game is being streamed. Keep getting a failure to find site. Did this suddenly go the way of Napster and that other free tv site we had last year? Also, does the A-10 still have a contract w/ CBS Sports? I've got it on Uverse but never see an A-10 game being broadcast.
  13. And they watched tape of the UNM game which was take it inside off the dribble. They have no interior D. This scares me against Temple as they have some really good guards. X as well. Stick Manning in there. At least he takes up more space than CR.
  14. You can't leave KC out of this conversation. TT reported he's been scoreless in 4 out of the last 6 games and took like 1 shot against UD. That's p^&% poor. We have enough guard depth that maybe juggling the lineup w/ MM and KM starting wouldn't be a bad way to go. KM admitted he'd tried to do too much in OT and made some bad plays. I'm sure he and RM will get that worked out. What never seems to get worked out is KC's reluctance to shoot. If you're a HC analyzing the Bills what's going to be your conclusion when KC's in there? You can drift off of him and pay more attention to guys like KM, DE, and CE, or fall back inside because he's a non factor when it comes to shooting. We played our best ball in Anaheim and against UW, and w/o looking at the numbers I seem to recall KC hitting some 3's and taking it to the hoop. As long as he's out there and not be a threat to shoot we're effectively playing 4 on 5. Let's get this fixed by starting a G that's a little more aggressive. My vote goes to MM or even JJ. I know starting's for HS but we're leaving possible points on the table any time KC's in there. And the fact that JB's not the player we were led to believe is hurting us as well. A guard combo of KM and his Toledo version would have been a whole lot better than what KC's given us right now.
  15. I'd add LaSalle to that list as well. Then we've got to avoid any clunkers at home. Home court we have to go 8-0. If all that happens, We'll end up 13-3. I'd like our chances w/ that resume.
  16. I'm making a road trip to St. L to see the Bills against Temple. She's not going. She's not a big sports fan. I go for another road trip, even an overnighter, I'll have used up all my points and dipped into next years.
  17. Face it, up unitl the UNM game we were all on a blue kool aid high. We started to come down a little after that loss. Then to lose to UD last night was like suddenly hitting the wall and the room started spinning. They were L's and we can ill afford L's. But they were road L's, and no team this year's gonna go undefeated on the road unless it's Murray St. What we've got to do the rest of the way is very clear. Defend the home court like the Brits defended their homeland in WWII. Then win every road game we should win, like GDub for example, against much lesser competition. We cannot afford a letdown against the lower level squads. I would not classify Dayton as a much lesser team. They beat Bama, Minnesota, and Ol Miss. Not too shabby a resume. And let's not forget we gave up leads in these two games. Now the UNM crowd was into it the whole way, but the Sweater Vests didn't get riled up until UD cut our lead to 2 in the second half. We'd kept 'em quiet, but once they awakened... well, that's suddenly when life on the road becomes really hard. . Luckily, with few exceptions like X and St. J's (and that whacko bird), we're not likely to run into a crowd as loud as UNM or UD the rest of the way. Not saying we lost because of fans, but let's be honest, fans can make a huge difference. I think it really showed last night in the last 10 minutes and OT.
  18. I'd give MM a 5. JB a 1 since he's nothing as advertised he's be. CR a 1. He's turning out to be a liability if he can't defend the interior, and he can't. It was all that was expected of him. CE a 9. He's playing all out as 6th man. I wasn't sure he'd like that but he does. BC 10. Way beyond last year's performance which means he's worked his butt off. KC a 2 he's got to know he's not helping and it's hurting us. JJ a 7. I didn't think he'd get the valuable minutes he has. But you can see it in his d and his toughness on the boards. DE a 5. KM a 3 because he's well below what I thought he'd come back as which is an all conf player. Last night we needed his leadership and we didn't get it. He should have been the one settling us down in OT except he tried to put it all on his shoulders which he's not been able to do this year.
