kshoe
Even if you escape probation this is the perception that most have of you. two paragraphs in particular were interesting. http://www.foxsports.com/content/view?contentId=1954838 Snyder was described to the Sporting News by a person familiar with the program as "the Rick Neuheisel of college basketball. And that's no compliment." Snyder has admitted some violations during his tenure that the school and the NCAA consider minor in nature. Still, Snyder is considered arrogant and indifferent to recruiting rules by many of his peers. "Does he cheat?" a rival coach said. "Do you need to ask? It's rampant." The NCAA investigation is still open and now has more ground to cover. It once seemed possible the school could avoid probation, but that seems unlikely now. Even if it does, no one can deny the divisiveness that pervades the program. Opposing coaches aren't being discreet about their interest in signed Missouri recruits who might want to extricate themselves from those commitments. The basketball season opened with high national rankings and realistic hopes for a Final Four appearance. Now what might have been the greatest season in the school's history could quickly turn into its worst.
aj_arete
I agree that rival coaches have been whining about Snyder's tactics for awhile. The same could be said about Billy Donovan at Florida. However, the NCAA has to have more to go on other than rumor and innuendo. Someone other than Ricky Clemons must spill the beans about Mizzou's tactics before any of these charges stick, in my opinion.
