The record doesn't look good. but we took Indiana and ND to 2 overtimes each tying Indiana on the road. Take away the 1st half of the Duke game and it looks like we have played pretty well. courtside Posted September 12, 2005 Share Posted September 12, 2005 Really could have used a result against ND...especially against a team from the same region. Two ties I would have taken. A win and a tie would have been ideal. My buddy played at ND and had the scouting report for me. I was at a wedding this weekend and not around to post it....He is also UMKC assistant...and he told me how well they played Tulsa to a 1-1 tie...SLU will get Tulsa this weekend...and an SMU team that gave up four goals to both IU and ND in losses earlier this year. SLU MUST get at least a win and a tie this weekend. Two wins is very achievable and needed. Pounding the lesser A-10 will not make a difference without results in quality non-conference.
