The radio and video situation last night put me in a really bad mood. I had to work late so I rushed home ran to the computer and tried to get them working it was so damn frustrating. On top of that SLU was struggling early.

After submitting about 4 customer complaints, I was contacted via email. I was pretty much given the run around, but it had something to do with my account. She said they were having problems with the accounts. I had previously registered with CSTV and purchased games. I guess it expired or something. However, I was able to log in with my same password and user name as well as purchase it online. It just never took.

Anyway, I was given this number. Give it a call and give them an earfull. I'm holding onto this number as it is nowhere to be found on their website. 1 (888) 870 – 2788

They said it takes a day or two before you can watch it "on demand". I've give it till Monday before I call again. At this point, I still can't watch.
