This game feels different than our past A10 championship games. I'm way more excited for this one. In the past, the wins felt expected. The "we're not supposed to be here" and win or go home really add to the suspense. Most anxious I've been for a Bills game since our last tourney game.

Even though Davidson had played one less game in three days, I thought they were the tired team in the second half. We beat them physically which is what this team has to do to win. They had everything in their favor today; an 8 man rotation to our 6, two first team A10'ers, taller bigs. They just didn't have the heart our guys showed.
Spot on. Ford had an epiphany late in this season and realized ways to leverage our athleticism. We are more athletic than almost every team we play against (in conference at least) and he's been rolling out some new schemes on both sides that have proven to be pretty effective.

Good time for Ford to have the guys playing their best ball of the year. His ATO adjustments were on point all game. And that 1-3-1/M2M conversion defense had Davidson completely baffled. McKillop is one of the best X and O guys in the country and he had no answer.

Damn... It looks like Grady and Jon Axel got the Monstar treatment this half. Also our defense has had a lot to do with it.

Damn French got lost there. I see what we're trying to do with this zone, but with our huge edge in athleticism, I feel like man to man would bode better for us.
