to answer your question, no evidence, a good core of young talent and solid recruits signed. the portal and spring recruiting is just starting. rivera has been said to be very athletic maybe he is that defensive stopper, we dont know what the roster is so to say it will bad is pure conjecture backed up by no historical evidence

yes, any post that is the least bit positive is piled on with ford must go, as that is only solution. "we are on our way to basketball dynasy if only ford is fired" rational discussion is gone, what is there to talk about if ford is retained?

you are correct about disappointment, i was addressing the comments about middle of the pack etc, not ford's entire tenure, you all might get your wish of a new coach and it might work out, might not, would we have "escaped" with a win at home against fordham? maybe, the game wasnt played. i think ford will be the coach next year, if he craps his pants then his seat should get real hot.

the a-10 doesnt have a balanced scheduling, so the playing field is not level when it comes to conference records. billikens played four games against the top of the conference and fordham did not, should have? maybe but still tied not middle of the pack

top three was reached this year, disappointment but far from bad, fordham played a much weaker schedule, if they play vcu and dayton twice likely would have had another loss or two, at large bids are very scarce and likely not more plentiful going forward

you could be correct, i spotted correctable flaws in jg shot in about of minute of watching him, i am sure the coaches saw it too, did the coaches not tell him of did he not listen? i dont know. but the narrative seems to be that ford cant or wont coach on every topic and he knows nothing about coaching, that is a rather stupid position, he has flaws but he is not without assets
