In a small NIL idea...Convert the 50/50 raffle to be for the Billiken Victory Fund. The have the AD pay lost money for the cheerleaders.

Just upped it from approximately 10mb to 100mb for general members. Donors were already on unlimited.

From a facilities standpoint, we are in extraordinarily better shape than we were 19 years ago.

Ironically, I am probably the only one in my Department who does not want to move to a new building. It is currently 10 minutes by foot from my front door to my office.
