slufan13 Posted March 1, 2015 Share Posted March 1, 2015 After that loss we moved from #246 to #284 with some games left today to be finished. Our offense is ranked 298th (out of 351) and our defense is at 220. I'm sorry I don't care how many players we lost, we should never be ranked 284th in the country. No one is saying that we have to be Kentucky and be a great team with a bunch of freshmen. But we're in a decent conference and we're coming off 3 straight NCAA appearances, a top 10 ranking, and a school record winning streak with a 2 time A10 Coach of the Year and a National Coach of the Year. I think it's more than fair to expect better than this. Lots of momentum to build on. We all know we were in a tough spot with Majerus' health and the transition to Crews, but just being in a conference like the A10, we should have the players and ability to be better than this.
