Now if he wanted to say those things on Monday when being interviewed then fine but not on that program. However, lets not kill the message for the messenger. The point Packer was making was simply that most people look at the number of bids confs. get to determine how strong the conf. is. I agree that those who follow it more closely know that the seeding is just as important. So on the surface, one could say the selection committee treated the MVC like the ACC. Over time, we will see if the MVC improves their overall Tourney performance or not and that will ultimately be the proof. The MVC is is a good position but also a tough one - if they come out 1-3 or 0-4 they would have taken a step back - like they say be careful what you wish for you might get it.
