bluecrewfinance
Thanks for offering on the sponsorship...we have a meeting with the SGA finance committee to try and wrangle money out of their hands on Monday night...our position will be more definitive after that meeting...but right now, we've budgeted for everything we need. The ball is in SGA's court on this one...we've been able to spread out expenses pretty well, and the athletic department has promised to pick up things like doughnuts and pizza for us (the doughnuts in the morning for our Blue Crew campers and pizza is planned before the event...on the order of a few hundred dollars' worth...) If SGA appropriates enough to cover our needs, we'll be pretty well set on everything, from entertainment to some giveaways...we're planning on things like signed basketballs from both teams (and maybe Billiken legends if we can track some down!!!) and gift certificates (right now, we *heart* Joe Boccardi)...these giveaways are where we're still trying to put things together...but we're most assuredly open to ideas... We very much appreciate your support, and we hope to see you all out there!!! Matt
bluecrewprez
But, we are always up for donations! The more money we have, the bigger and better we can make this! We are definitely looking for any type of raffle prize (anything from gift certificates to pizza parties), so if anyone has anything they would like to donate, we are wide-open to your kindness! Drop us an email at [email protected]!!!
slufanskip
Are you going to do anything at the soccer game. It would be a good opportunity to get quite a few of the fans over to the BBall event Official Billikens.com sponsor of H. Waldman
