According to Rivals.com, junior running back Munir Prince has committed to the University of Iowa. courtside Posted August 12, 2004 Share Posted August 12, 2004 Thx. If those Billiken hoopster can indulge me...how will the Spartans look in football this year? Will they actually be good? For a school that is good in almost every sport they play, football is their achilles heel. A good playoff team a few years ago, but prior to that, it was the legendary 4 ot loss to Trent Green and his Vianney Golden Greasers in the 87 playoffs. Haven't been good since Bob Christian was coach...although Denny Cerneka's 1st season was that team. Bob Christian was a great coach.
