I think Dwayne's world could be common enough that it could slip through..... Just don't put slu or the billiken on it. If there is nothing to do with SLU or a players "likeness", then I don't think it's a problem. But since it would still be pretty obvious to anyone around SLU who the shirt is about, it could be a sticky situation. In terms of these causing eligibility problems, there shouldn't be much of an issue. The real problems arise if there are hundreds of these things going around and the Athletic Department doesn't make an effort to stop it quickly or the players are somehow involved/wear the stuff. I don't know what kind of lawsuits could arise but I would imagine the t-shirt distributer would be punished before a player is. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
