VTIME
with Quincy. Edmonds was a star wing at Peoria Notre Dame. Kueker at 6'8 played guard and forward and averaged 25ppg and 12 rpg, shot over 50% from the field, 40% from 3 and 90% from the line at Sweet Springs. Finish his career with 2256 points and over 1000 rebounds. One of the top scorers ever in Missouri history. Turned down division 1 offers to play close to home. stlsfinest
I'm really not surprised at Kueker signing with Quincy. QU has been recruiting Kueker since he was a sophomore. He did have D1 offers from UW-GB, Albany, and Air Force, but he ultimately chose QU. I agree that they will be a D2 powerhouse if they continue to recruit at that level. Four Seventeen
Edmonds, per my sister, who is friends with him at PND, wanted to play ball at SLU, but was not recruited. I responded with a "typical." Soderberg never recruited anyone worth while. Thank God he is gone. My Dad played baseball at QU and my uncle is the head of the Board of Trustees there, so I know that a lot of people will be watching the Hawk's Nest this year. VTIME
There's the banger Brad needed. He's a legend in his central Missourtown. Also played QB on the football team.
