I would think he would have pushed it along so that he could get started recruiting-if he was taking the job. Nothing will be annoanced until everything is taken care of legallt, business wise, and they can set up the type of presser they believe this deserves. No doubt his agent is telling him to only take it if he's absolutely positive.
